Can anyone give me something to write about muslim "honour killings" to help with coursework?

this is what i've written so far: This newspaper clipping is from the Sunday telegraph, November 2nd 1997. The story describes how an 18 year old girl was killed by her brother because her family believed she was not a virgin before she married. This links to the hypothesis due to the nature of the crime. It is unheard of that a male has been killed in such a way; a woman can be sacrificed in the name of family honour. Although, Muslims claim that honour killings are not part of their religion, it is apparent that it happens as more of society’s habit than a practice. The religion also claims men and women have equal rights even though women are forbidden to drive cars, hold jobs (and in extreme cases), not allowed any kind of education. Their religion also says they respect women yet the men are permitted to beat their wives without any consequences. This newspaper clipping suggests that even though “honour killings” are not part of their religion Muslims will do anything to make...
