I just lost 18lbs. I have just 1 more lb to lose and I will be at my ultimate weight goal. However, once I lose that last pound and I no longer have to diet (although I am aware that I will have to eat moderately and continue to excersise daily), how do I make sure not to over eat? I LOVE food probably more than the average person. I used to eat it for comfort, enetertainment, for relaxation....I dont want to go back...EVER.
