Find the area of this triangle!!?!?

The hypotenuse is 17m, the height leg is 10m, a diagnose bisects the angle (of the hypotenuse and the 10m leg) and is 13m, and half of the length leg is 11, the other half is X. I have to find X and then find the area of the whole triangle.
