I really like him, but i dont know what to say to him :(?

ok so i met this boy, and we had been meeting up for about two weeks, then one saturday he asked me out, and i really like him so i said yes. the next day his ex girlfiriend, who he had been split up for 5 months, started going on at me, and i coudnt be bothered, so i ended it between us. then i went to see him later on that day, and he asked me back out, so i said yes, but we agreed not to tell no one, becuase of the **** we were gettin. then wednesday came, and we were just talking normally over msn, and he said that he really liked but, but he had a lot on his mind, and that he was sorry but he had to end it between us, and if i would still see him, and yet again that he was really sorry. i said it was ok, and i would still go and see him when ever we both had a day free. then we were out clubbing the friiday after we had split up, and we were both a little bit shocked, we made verry little conversation. but when i got in he was on msn, so we started to talk, and we both made it clear that we were a little jelious of the other attencion we were gettin, and we didnt "kiss" any one else, becuase we thort it was harsh on each other. then tonight his ex started goin on at me again, sayin he still loves her, and he was only with me to get her back, but he promised me he didnt. i really want to talk to him, but i dont know what to say to him, wih out sounding like a freak? thats the basics, but i really want to know how he feels about me. i asked him if he actually did like me or if i was just his little bit fun? . and he replied WTF like? . i havnt had with him or anythin, and he still puts kissed on the end when he says he is going, or if i say im going? . PLEASE help?
