My Girlfriend Wants To Get Implants (Help Me)?

My Girlfriend wants to get implants. I dont want her to get it for alote of reasons but she says it would make her happier and she is not going to getting anything major. Does anyone have any negative things i can tell her about it so she will reconsider?
