Need to figure out this?

ok heres the deal have this man that i been talkin with. havent seen him over a year due to his job he is military. i tell him i been hurt and he wants to be there. i told him i want real not fwb. he goes i know and i dont. i want to be with this man though i dont know if he is ever goin to show up to be there. what do i do or is he playin with my head?
