Ok, so I found out today I might be a father �.� What's my responsibility in this if...?

The mother never told me about the pregnancy or the baby being born. She still hasn't told me, I found out thanks to facebook. Upon which I promptly blocked her and everyone she knows, changed my e-mail, phone number, and I am going to be moving next month anyways. If she tried could she try and claim that I have some sort of legal responsibility or would I be free and clear since I was never officially told by the mother?
