Should I dump my boyfriend? Need Advice!?

After deciding to get serious I decided to do a little research to make sure that everything that he had told me was the truth. During my search I have come to find out that he does not know if he is divorced or not from his 2nd wife. He claims he left in 1999 and has not seen her since. When I run a search on him and her both they show up as being each others relatives. He claims he has never found out if she got a divorce when he left. He also has a son with this lady that he claims he has not seen since 1999. Third even though we are talking, dating and seeing each other his profile on yahoo personals still stays active. I really dont know what to think. All I want is to know the truth. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
