Simplest way to record MIDI keyboard to PC?

I have a Casio CDP-100 digital piano, and it has MIDI in/out on it. I'm looking for the simplest way to record it to either Mixcraft 5 or Audacity on my laptop. I'm new to recording with MIDI instruments
