Xbox Live suspension ended but still cant play games?

Ok so i got suspended on 3/15/2011 at 11:19AM for profanity in my bio, so i knew that it would be over at 11:19AM 3/16/2011, it did and iw as able to sign back into XBL. But then i pop in asins Creed brotherhood and try out the multiplayer, my 360 froze for a minute and then it just disconnected me from live and sent me back to the main menu. Then i popped out Ac Brotherhood and put in Halo Reach, then hit the matchmaking option while signed in to XBL and it said that i need to be signed into xbl to play, but i already was! Oh and it said that i was banned for 24 hours for profanity, ok....profanity in bio that they deleted, but they also deleted my enitre friends list and all my messages. It said on Reach to go to network and change it to Xbox Live but i dont know what theyre talkin about? What is going on if you have experienced anything like this before on XBL,tell me your story of how you got suspended and or banned and tell me waht your experience was with the enitre ordeal.
