Chest pain?

it even hurts sometimes when i breath in and i tought it was because my bra is to tight or my milk coming in and make my grow more i dont know but like i said in my other ? the midwifes want me to take iron pills they say i am a little anemic and it was nothing to worry about but to take iron pills just anyway.... so i dont know i had a heart mummer when i was little but they say it was is gone now....but there is some more info....
