Hi, does a dry affect the chances of being pregnant?

well my follicle ruptured day b4 yesterday i.e on 15th day of my cycle and v had on16th as the gynae told us that means yesterday nite. bt my ws dry while having . so my husband used olive oil for lubrication but still i found it feeling hard to bt still we did it fully and kept a pillow under my s and waited for about an hour after that. Bt still i m doubtful that did the sperms met the egg as my was dry...does this affect the factors of being pregnant....PLZ HELP. M TENSED
