Of the religions that take the name of Christ and profess to accept him as their Lord?

If a person professes to believe in Christ they should obey him and his father, not just certain commandments but all of the commandments like for example not participate in wars,( 2Cor 10:4) go house to house preaching the Kingdom of God,( Mathew 24:14 Mathew 10:11-13 Acts 5:42) abstain from blood (Acts 15:28,29) dis-fellowship unrepentant sinners ( 1Corinthians 5:11-13), these are only a few commandments, that religions are not obeying. So the answer is no, just by preaching Jesus name does not mean that they have God's approval.
