A woman called my husband?

We got a call on our cell phone tonight and it came up as showing no number. The message said "Dougie/Becky, this is Aida give me a call." I can not tell if it is saying Dougie or Becky because there were children speeking loudly in the backround. I asked my husband,Doug, and he said he knows no Aida. We have gotten calls that say no number before but the caller never leaves a message. I never wanted to answer before because I thought it may be a telemarketer or bill collecter. The only time I ever questioned my husband was when I found a tube of lipstick in the car. The car was used and he said it must have been there since he bought it. I found the tube in May. He had gotten the car in Febuary. I do not want to be a crazy unbelieving distrustfull jealous woman and these are the only things. Should I start worrying? What can I do?
